Ghaziabad Development Authority is all set to launch a new affordable housing scheme near Delhi Border in Koyal Enclave. GDA will be constructing about 500 affordable flats in Koyal enclave colony and the scheme is expected to be launched in July.

The authority is working on the preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) of the project which is expected to to completed by 15 June. After finalizing the DPR and estimate of the project, the authority will build group housing colony here. This scheme of GDA, along with the Delhi Shahdra will come up after a long time.
According to the GDA VC Vijay Yadav, the DPR of the scheme will be completed soon. The cost of the flats in Koyal Enclave affordable housing scheme is expected to be set between Rs. 16 lakh to Rs 21 Lakh.
GDA also invited applications for plot scheme for farmers in January 2015 in Koyal enclave when it offered different types of plots.
The authority has also launched a new EWS housing scheme in Modinagar for which the applications are being invited through Online and offline modes from 1 June to 30 June 2015.
