Gorakhpur Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme 2016 in Lohia Enclave Phase-II Awasiya Yojana under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. The scheme is located in the Ramgarh Taal Master Plan. In GDA Lohia Enclave Phase-II housing Scheme 2016, the authority invites applications from all segments of the society for the allotment of 404 flats available under Samajwadi Awas Yojana affordable housing scheme.
Lastest Update Registration Date Extended for GDA Gorakhpur Lohia Enclave Phase-II Awasiya Yojana 2016 upt to 31 August
The scheme comprises of 1BHK and 2BHK housing units constructed in G+3 type of building. Total 404 units are available for allotment, of which 64 units are 2BHK and remaining 340 are 1BHK type. The 1BHK units are available in five different types including 1BHK Type-I, 1BHK Type-II, 1BHK Type-III, 1BHK Type-IV and 1BHK Type-V. The size of housing units ranges from 30.20 square meter which goes upto 72.88 square meter for 2BHK.
Applications for the allotment of these flats are being offered through offline mode of registration which can be done within the registration period.

Registrations for the allotment of flats in the scheme has been started from 24 June 2016 and interested applicants can apply for the scheme through online mode of registration till 25 July 2016. The brochure along with application form can be obtained from Andhra Bank Branch Taramandal/ Golghar, Gorakhpur at the price of Rs. 400/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of GDA Gorakhpur.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant should be a Resident of India.
Applicant should completed the age of 18 years before the date of application.
The applicant should not have any house allotted by Gorakhpur Development Authority or any other government agency.
