Gwalior Development Authority invites application for the allotment of Mig flats under Shatabdipuram Housing Scheme Phase-II. It is a new housing scheme launched by the GDA. Under the scheme the authority has offering 57 units of MIG duplex for non-reserved category of the society.
These are independent houses under Shatabdipuram Housing Scheme Phase-II located in Shri Anil Bhatia Housing Complex. The build-up area of a single unit is about 98.44 square meter and the estimated cost of a single duplex is about Rs. 26,37,637/-.
How to Apply: The application form for registration can be obtained from the Gwalior bank branches of Bank of Baroda by paying the cost of application form. The cost of application form is Rs. 100/-, it can also be downloaded from the official website of Gwalior Development Authority. The last date of application submission for the scheme is 31 March 2016.
The application form along with the registration amount to be submitted at the same bank branches and the registration amount to be submitted in the form of DD and Banker Cheque in favor of CEO, GDA, Gwalior.
