Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority is inviting application for allotment of 198 multi-storey flats in Anand Vihar Housing Scheme under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna affordable housing scheme of UP Government.
HPDA is offering a total of 198 multi-storey flats for the lower income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG) of the society in Anand Vihar Yojna code 235. The registrations for the scheme has started on 20th February and the last date of registration is 20th march 2015.
There are 72 LIG flats and 126 MIG flats under the scheme with an estimated cost between Rs. 18.88 lakh to 29.80 Lakh. The scheme is located on Delhi-Moradabad NH 24 at about 45 kilometers from Delhi.
How to Apply
The applications for the scheme are being invited through offline modes through the designate bank branches. The application forms and the scheme brochures can be obtained at the cost of Rs. 500/- from the below listed bank branches. The filled application forms have to be submitted to the same bank branch by 20th March along with the registration amount through Demand Draft.
The registration amount of the scheme is 10% of the cost of flat for general categories and 5% of the reserved categories.
The application forms can also be downloaded from the official website of HPDA www.hpdaonline.com but in this case the applicants will have to pay Rs. 500/- through DD along with the submission of form. The list of banks is mentioned in the advertisement below.
