Kanpur Development Authority has invite applications for its three new affordable housing projects named as KDA Dreams, KDA Greens and KDA Heights. It is a golden opportunity for all the residents who have a dream to buy their own home in Kanpur. Total 1452 units of 2BHK flats are available for registrations under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government.
Out of these three projects maximum units of 1200 flats are available in KDA Dreams in 10 different towers while KDA Greens & KDA Heights consist 132 & 120 units of 2BHK flats in a single tower. Every unit in these projects has a super area of 75.93 square meter which consist drawing room cum dining room, 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 balcony. The estimated cost of each unit available for registration is Rs. 26 lakh with the registration amount of Rs. 2.60 lakh.

How to Apply: For the registrations of flats applications form can be purchased from all Axis Bank Kanpur Branches by paying Rs. 525/- (5% VAT Include). The applications form can also be downloaded from the official website of KDA and the cost of form will paid with the registration amount. The registration amount can be paid through Cash or Draft and the draft will be submitted in favor of Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur.
