MP Housing Board Invite applications for EWS and LIG flats in Sikandra Varashivni, Balaghat. It is the second advertisement published by Madhya Pradesh Housing Board and the board is offering flats under 91 LIG flats and 96 EWS flats scheme. Under this housing scheme total 83 EWS and LIG flats are being provided by MP housing board.
Registration are open from the day of advertisement and last date of registration is 31 December 2014. Applicants can buy application form from Allahabad Bank Balaghat and the cost of application form is Rs 200/-. Applicants also can submit application form in Allahabad Bank with the registration amount. Allocation of the flats will done through the lottery system.
The registration amount of the unsuccessful applicants will be refunded without any deduction. The applicants allotted the corer plots will be charged 10% extra amount of the cost of flat. The flats which are located at a better location than others will be available at 5% extra cost.
If the applicant withdraw his/her application before the lottery, a deduction of 1% will be made in the registration amount before refunding. In case of withdrawal after the lottery, the registration amount will be refunded after a deduction of 5%.
