Madhya Pradesh Housing and Development Board invite applications for housing flats and plots in Shivpuri and Guna. Under the scheme the board offers number of plots, flats and few shops.
Registrations are open from the day of advertisement and the last date of application submission is 26 November 2014. At the same day the board will open the offer of the applicants at 4:00PM. Applicants can obtain the application form from Bank of India Guna and Allahabad Bank Shivpuri or MP Housing Board Office at the respective cost of flats plots and shops.
The application form will be submitted with an affidavit attested by Notary and passport size photograph by the applicants. The registration amount will be deposited via demand draft in favor of Property officer, MP Housing and Infrastructure Development Board, Sambhag Guna.
The applicants allotted the corner Flat will be charged 10% extra amount of the cost of flat. The flats which are located at a better location than others will be available at 5% extra cost.
