PUDA 155 New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 at Bathinda

After inviting applications for 309 residential plots at Patiala, Punjab Urban Development Authority again invites applications from the general public for the allotment of residential plots located at old jail road site Mansa-Bathinda Raod Bathinda. The scheme is named as PUDA 155 Residential Plot Scheme 2015 at Bathinda under which the authority has offering total 155 residential units for all segments of the society.

Total six types of flats are being offered by the authority under the scheme. The size of plots are 200 square yard, 250 square yard, 275 square yard, 300 square yard, 400 square yard and 500 square yard. Of total majority of units are of size 200 square yard and 500 square yard. The cost of these plots available for registration is 21,000 per square yard.

Registration for the scheme has been started from yesterday 16 November 2015 and the last date of application submission is 21 November 2015. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through online and offline mode till the last date of registrations.

Brochure with terms and conditions along with application form, layout plan and location plan may be obtained from any of the authorised banks mentioned below or single window service counter, PUDA Bhawan, SAS Nagar / Bathinda by paying Rs. 100/–.

The dully filled application forms along with self attested passport size photograph may be submitted to any of the authorised Banks either in person or by post on or before the closing date along with earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft favouring Estate Officer, PUDA, Bathinda. The draft should be payable at the place/city of respective banks.
