Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched a new housing scheme named as UPAVP Majhola Yojana 2016. The scheme is launched in Moradabad district. To inform the interested people, the UPAVP has published a notification in a Hindustan Newspaper. And total 74 flats are being offered by UPAVP for allotment.

Flats in the scheme are located in Sector-12 Moradabad and available for middle income group and higher income of the society. Of total 38 flats are reserved for HIG category and remaining 36 flats are available for MIG category. Size of flats in the scheme are 75 square meter and 57.36 square meter and the estimated cost for a single unit is Rs. 54.96 Lakh and Rs. 37.19 Lakh respectively.

How top Apply:
Registration for flats is not yet started and applications will be started from 3 October 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 December 2016. Applications can be filled through online and offline mode of registration from 3 October 2016. Application form will be available in the authorised bank branches and it will also be available in UP Awas Vikas Parishad 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow at the cost of Rs. 500/-. The Online application form will be available on the official website of UPAVP at www.upavp.com from 3 October 2016.
